You don't need anything specific. But we are looking for very important character traits, such as hard working and not giving up easily. If we are going to invest time and resources into a website, we absolutely do not want to work with people that will quit when they don't make instant money or give up when the road gets rocky.

If you have the desire to be a billionaire, that is a plus, but by no means the qualifying criteria.

We need people that are excited and passionate about what they do. We don't care if you raise pet rocks or sell real estate, you must enjoy it and know enough about it to manage an online business in that industry. We are not looking to train people how to make money, we are looking to guide people in the technology end while they tell us how to make money in their chosen industry.

You must be able to write articles about your business and be willing to spend long hours online working toward a bigger goal.

You wont get paid for every page you build, you wont get much at all while building the website and in the first few months of operation. If you need or expect it, you are not a good fit. Making money takes time, you will need patience and perseverance.

We don't care if you want to sell fishing lures or have a website helping people garden, its all the same to us as long as you are prepared for hard work and enjoy what you are doing.

Maybe you already have a website and you spend countless hours on it and get nothing. If so, you are exactly what we are looking for, the kind of person that will build a website in an industry just because they enjoy it so much.
